Laxey to Ramsey Boat Trip
22nd July 2003
The Rotarians of Ramsey were treated to a wonderful day aboard the MV Karina for a relaxing trip from Laxey through to Ramsey.
Members got a fish eye view of Maughold Head and Lighthouse along the way, showing just how treacherous the Manx Waters could be with Mannan's Cloak descended.
It was thirsty work but refreshments were on hand to help keep the peace and entertain the passengers while they discussed the views and life in general. That said from the photos, it seems it was only liquid versions of refreshment! Nobody appears to have complained though!
A wonderful afternoon out was had by all and the trip ended safely with all members agreed it was a great day out!
